Such a lot of fun was had to create this painting – one from a series created in my studio in August 2023.
Layers and layers of paint with collage containing words and pictures sanded away to reveal the history beneath – the warmth of the previous paint peeking through, barely there.
This artwork changed so many times – painted intuitively whilst keeping the colour palette the same warm sky blues, teals, yellows and reds. Look closely and see the words of wisdom within. A perfect piece to brighten your home.
Sealed with cold wax.
