Over Yonder - a rural laneway painting with Autumnal tones

Immediately drawn to the rich autumn tones and scene I just had to paint this image. I loved the old quirky look of the grey stone walls overgrown somewhat with weeds and algae after withstanding another year of sun and rain.
I looked at the photo and I thought where would someone be going up that road, round the bend. What's over there, past the trees? Makes you long for days when we can enjoy the great outdoors again and travel beyond our local neighbourhood.
