Such a lot of fun was had to create this painting – one from a series created in my studio in February 2024.
Just pure imagination and a little bit of fun in a water fountain spraying water everywhere.
Loved the theme of layering the paint with collage containing words and pictures - then sand it away to reveal the history and marks beneath – the warmth of the previous paint peeking through, barely there.
This artwork changed so many times – I painted intuitively whilst keeping the colour palette the same warm sky blues, teals and reds. Look closely and see the words of wisdom within. A perfect piece to brighten your home and a loved one’s day.
Sealed with cold wax.
